Wool blend high waist trousers in a multi shade green houndstooth tweed with fishtail back detail.

As always with our Socialite range, we have replicated an original pair of 1940s mens trousers.

These pants use the same pattern as our extremely popular Gadabout trousers, but are made in a thicker wool blend fabric.

Key authentic features include:

• Vertical side seam pockets.
• Button fly with French bearer.
• Turn up the hem cuffs.
• Back pocket with button-down flap.
• Buttons for attaching trouser braces or suspenders.
• Double pleat fronts.

Sizing Note

Our trousers are designed to be worn high-waisted, sitting higher on the body than most modern trousers.  If you typically wear a size 34" or larger, we recommend ordering one size up to ensure a comfortable fit.

The size table in the listing images shows the inside leg measurements. However, please remember that our trousers have a longer rise than most modern trousers, which can add up to two inches to the inseam depending on where you wear them on your waist.
