If you're partial to a boat trip, Standedge Tunnel is the highest rated attraction in Huddersfield. Boat trips along this gorgeous canal are available on Fridays and Saturdays in the summertime.
If you would like to visit the locations of our recent photoshoots they are within 15 minutes from our showroom. The Tolson Museum is where we shot the Trackside Heritage collection and Vintage Festival was shot at Holme Valley Camping Park.
Into Holmfirth
Just a short drive from us is the picturesque Holmfirth, famous for its fabulous scenery and wildlife. Holmfirth is also the renowned filming location of the TV classic Last of the Summer Wine. There is an exhibition and gift shop available to tour if you're a fan.
We'd be remiss not to mention The Carding Shed. This vintage-themed experience is based in a magnificent former mill and houses a classic car display that echoes the nostalgic feel of the historic Goodwood Revival. You can visit the cafe for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or a glorious gateau.
Holmfirth also boasts its own vineyard, the Sheveling Estate, that offers tours, tastings, and overnight stays, as well as a fabulous tea service.
