From authentic vintage finds to exclusive reproduction pieces, every item is handpicked or designed with care. Everything we do — from photography and styling to customer service and fulfilment — is handled in-house, ensuring the Revival touch at every stage.”
Helene
Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Revival founder Helene brings a background in fashion design, HR, and training, along with a lifelong passion for vintage style which she has loved and worn since the 1980s.
In 2003, she turned her dream into a reality by launching a vintage clothing business. Today, as CEO, Helene hand-selects and curates all true vintage stock while acting as the lead designer for our exclusive womenswear replica labels.
Alongside Mark, she co-manages the manufacturing process, liaising directly with our global production partners to bring her 1940s and 50s womenswear concepts to life.
Mark
Operations Director
Mark, husband of Helene, joined Revival full-time in 2012 following careers in the Royal Air Force and as a computer programming manager.
He directs all business operations and manages the company’s finances. Mark is also the creative force behind our menswear lines, conceptualizing and designing all of our vintage replica menswear.
Also is co-project manager with Helene of the manufacturing process for our own-brand items, working closely with our trusted global production partners to ensure every garment meets our exacting standards for period authenticity and quality.
Ben
Operations Manager
Ben joined our team in 2023 and helps to oversee day-to-day running here at Revival. He has over 15 years experience working in retail and his last role was as a farm shop manager, so vintage fashion is definitely something new!
His hobbies include photography and football and he loves spending time with his family.
Helen
creative brand manager
Helen joined Revival in September 2025 and is responsible for all things brand, marketing and creative. With more than 25 years’ experience in retail and fashion marketing, she loves creating campaigns, telling stories and helping customers discover the timeless style that Revival is known for.
When she’s not working, Helen can usually be found spending time with her daughter Grace, catching up with friends over coffee, enjoying live music or exploring the Yorkshire countryside.
Caroline
Senior Marketing Assistant
Caroline joined Revival back in 2019. She manages our social media accounts, curates our newsletters and creates content for our blog.
Caroline studied Graphic Design at Leeds Arts University before becoming a beauty & fashion blogger. She is a fan of 60s & 80s fashion and loves anything with an oversized collar.
In her spare time, she enjoys photography, video games & anime.
Sarah
Customer Service & Fulfilment Supervisor
Sarah has been with Revival almost from the start and has now had 15 years of experience in retail.
She's always bright and breezy, and her role involves overseeing the order dispatch process from start to finish.
Sarah is really into fitness, and in her spare time she loves going to the gym.
Eden
Ecommerce Assistant
Eden joined us in May of 2024, starting in the showroom and helping with creative content. Having grown in her role, she is now E-commerce assistant.
Away from work, Eden loves gigs and is a true cat lady with her two furbabies - Beau and Beatrix
Rebecca
Customer Service & Fulfilment Assistant
Rebecca joined our team in 2022, assisting with customer service and packing your orders.
She has a BA in English Language. In her last work role she ran a returns department for a baby products company. Rebecca also continues to work in a voluntary capacity outside of her role at Revival.
Her hobbies include gardening, sewing and fishing!
Claire
Showroom Assistant & Administrator
Claire joined the team in July 2024 as an showroom assistant serving customers alongside Eden, and helping out with administrative tasks in the business.
She has 30 years of experience in retail customer service and in her spare time enjoys swimming, walking and spending time with her family.
Joe
Listings & Digital Assistant
Joe joined the team in November 2024 as a Creative Input & Listings Assistant. Starting his career as a marketing apprentice, he has come to try his hand in vintage fashion.
Joe is a keen video gamer and chess “enthusiast”. He also enjoys spending quality time with his family and his beloved dog.
