• Complete our returns form included in your order (or find one here if you've misplaced it). If you don't have access to a printer and can't find your returns form, just fill out the information requested on to a piece of paper.
• Package your item(s) along with the return form in appropriate and adequate packaging.

• We recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery. It is your responsibility to fund the return of items to us. Revival cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.

We are happy to accept returns from our UK customers within 28 days of you receiving your order. *This is extended during the December festive season.

You may return any product purchased from us online, subject to the following conditions:

1. Items must be returned within 28 days of you receiving the goods.
2. Items must be unused, be free from odours and in a sale-able condition with original packaging.
3. Items such as hosiery or underwear are non-returnable.

We will not accept returns on items which are late and/or otherwise do not adhere to the conditions stated above. If you are outside the returns period, you may still return goods and we'll instead issue you a gift voucher for their value.

*During the holiday period (orders placed between 15th November and 24th December) we will accept returns and exchanges up until the 31st January.

Refunds will be made to the same card/account that was used in the original purchase. We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving and checking your item. Please note that bank processing times may mean an additional wait until your refund is received. This is outside our control.

Please note that ONLY outgoing standard UK shipping costs are refunded. If you have chosen ship methods other than UK Standard, those shipping costs will not be refunded.

UK customers can exchange products. Please indicate on the returns form that you'd like to exchange the item, and for what size. Customers are required to cover the cost of returning the original item, and then Revival send the new size/product back out to you free of charge. If we don't have the requested size/product in stock, we'll contact you about a refund or swapping for another product instead.

Yes, to cancel an order please contact us via email or telephone as soon as possible after purchase.

On orders NOT dispatched we will cancel and issue a full refund.
Important Note: If the order has been dispatched, we will attempt to have it diverted back to us*.
This is not always possible, in which case once delivered, please follow the return instructions above.

Our shipping is calculated based on the average weight and size of orders. This is between 500 to 2000 grams (1 to 4 pounds) and using small to medium boxes. Some orders can be far in excess of this, and consequently the outgoing shipping cost is significantly higher.

We will bear the extra cost of shipping when possible but with the following proviso: should more than 50% of the items be returned, a proportionate sum of the outgoing shipping costs will be recouped from the refund amount.

Overseas customers please note: If you are not in the UK, you will need to complete a short customs declaration. One section will ask what the goods are. Enter 'return of goods' or words to that effect. If this instruction is not followed, a duty charge may be levied which will be deducted from any refund.
