Simply follow these steps:
- Complete our returns form included in your order (or find one here if you've misplaced it). If you don't have access to a printer and can't find your returns form, just fill out the information requested on to a piece of paper.
- Package your item(s) along with the return form in appropriate and adequate packaging.

HD1 3TW - We recommend using a tracked delivery service. It is your responsibility to fund the return of items to us. Revival cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.
Overseas customers please note: If you are not in the UK, you will need to complete a short customs declaration. One section will ask what the goods are. Enter 'return of goods' or words to that effect. If this instruction is not followed, a duty charge may be levied which will be deducted from any refund.
We are happy to accept returns from our overseas customers within 45 days of you receiving your order. This is extended during the December festive season. If you are outside the returns period, you may still return goods and we'll instead issue you a gift voucher for their value.
You may return any product purchased from us online, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 45 days of you receiving the goods.
- Items must be unused, be free from odours and in a sale-able condition with original packaging.
- Items such as hosiery or underwear are non-returnable.
We will not accept returns on items which are late and/or otherwise do not adhere to the conditions stated above. If you are outside the returns period, you may still return goods and we'll instead issue you a gift voucher for their value.
