Returns

During the holiday period (orders placed between 15th November and 24th December) we will accept returns and exchanges up until the 31st January.

We are happy to accept returns from our customers within 28* days of you receiving your order. If you are outside that period, you may still return goods and we'll instead issue you a gift voucher for their value.

What can I return?

You may return any product purchased from us online, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned within 28* days of you receiving the goods.
  2. Items must be unused, be free from odours and in a sale-able condition with original packaging.
  3. Items such as hosiery or underwear are non-returnable.

Do I need to contact Revival before returning?

No, you don't need to contact us before returning any item(s).
Simply follow these steps:

  1. Print off our RETURN FORM.
  2. Fill in the appropriate details on the form.
  3. Package your item(s) along with the return form in appropriate and adequate packaging.
  4. Send it to:

  5. It is your responsibility to fund the return of items to us; Revival cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.
Overseas customers please note: If you are not in the UK, you will need to complete a short customs declaration.
One section will ask what the goods are. Enter 'return of goods' or words to that effect. If this instruction is not followed a duty charge may be levied which will be deducted from any refund.
 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, to cancel an order please contact us via email or telephone as soon as possible after purchase.
If the order has not been despatched we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
Should the order already be dispatched, depending on your location and the courier used, we may be able to have it returned before delivery. This may not be possible, in which case please follow the return instructions above. Note that any extra courier charges for return will be deducted from your refund.


And my refund?

Refunds will be made to the same card/account that was used in the original purchase.
We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving and checking your item. Please note that bank processing times may mean an additional wait until your refund is received. This is outside our control.

Please note that ONLY outgoing standard UK shipping costs are refunded. If you have chosen ship methods other than UK Standard or you are an overseas customer, shipping will not be refunded. 

On bulky and large volume orders 
Our shipping is calculated based on the average weight and size of orders. This is between 500 to 2000 grams (1 to 4 pounds) and using small to medium boxes. Some orders can be far in excess of this consequently the outgoing shipping cost is significantly higher.
We will bear the extra cost of shipping when possible but with the following proviso. Should more than 50% of the items be returned a proportionate sum of the outgoing shipping costs will be recouped from the refund amount.

Please keep in mind: We will not accept returns on items which are late and/or do not adhere to the conditions stated above. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Promotional offer refund condition.
For multi buy discounts such as buy one get one free refunds will be given on a pro-rata basis.
