When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
We aim to dispatch same day for orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri). This may vary slightly during peak periods or holidays.
Pre-order items: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll ship everything together once your full order is ready. Need items sooner? Please order pre-order pieces separately.

If There’s a Problem With Your Order
We’ll be in touch by phone or email if an item becomes unavailable or an issue arises. You’ll always be offered a refund or alternative.
Returns from UK Customers Only
Changed your mind? No worries - UK customers have 28 days from receipt to return items and we’ve made returning your items as easy as possible!
Just follow the steps below (note this cannot be used for Etsy orders) :
Steps to return:
1. Log In to the Portal - Head over to our return portal here and enter your order number (5 digit number that starts with # and can be found on your confirmation email and paper invoice) and email address.
2. Select Your Items - Choose the item(s) you wish to return and tell us the reason why. (Please note: If your item is faulty or incorrect, you may be asked to upload a quick photo. Complete the steps as normal, and our team will review the images and reach out with your next steps!)
3. Choose: Exchange or Return? - At this stage, you can instantly exchange your item for the exact same piece (like a different size). If you want a refund or want to exchange it for a completely different item, just click Continue with Return
4. Pick Your Preference - Next, let us know how you’d like us to handle your return:
- Shop Now: Swap your item for something else entirely, even if it's a different price
- Store Credit (Bonus!): Choose store credit and we will add an extra 10% to your total value!
- Refund: Get your money back to your original payment method
5. Choose Your Shipping - Select how you want to send the parcel back to us:
- Royal Mail: We’ll email you a handy QR code. Just scan it at your local drop-off point - no printer needed!
- Arrange Your Own: Prefer a different courier? You can source your own return label. Please note, if you select this option (we highly recommend using a tracked service!). To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please remember to pop a note inside your parcel with your name and order number.
6. Confirm & Pack - Hit confirm, securely package your items, and drop your parcel off. We’ll take care of the rest once it arrives!
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned within 28 days (UK) or 45 days (international).
- Items should be unworn, clean, and in re-sellable condition with original packaging.
- Hosiery and underwear are non-returnable.
- Returns received late or not meeting these conditions may be refused - or offered store credit instead. Where store credit is issued, it will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 working days of receipt. Bank processing times may delay when the funds appear in your account.
Please note:
- Only standard UK shipping costs are refundable.
- Express or next-day shipping costs are not refunded.
Exchanges (UK only)
Need a different size or garment? No problem!
Return your item(s) via our return portal following the above steps. We’ll send out the replacement free of charge, once your return is received.
If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll be in touch with an alternative or refund option.
Returns from Overseas
You have 45 days from delivery to return items. Please follow the same steps as UK returns and be sure to mark your customs form as “returned goods” to avoid extra charges. More details can be found on our Buying from Overseas page.
Exchanges are not available on international orders - please reorder the new size/item instead.
Cancellations
If your order hasn’t yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible to cancel for a full refund.
If the order has already been dispatched, we’ll try to divert it back to us - but if that’s not possible, simply return the item once received.
Note: any return courier charges will be deducted from your refund.
Returns on Large or Bulky Orders
If you return more than 50% of a large order, we may deduct a proportion of the original shipping cost from your refund, especially where outgoing postage was significantly above average.
Special Offers & Sale Events
Returns for promotional offers (e.g. Buy One Get One Free) will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Please read offer-specific terms (e.g. Black Friday) for full details.
