Terms & Conditions

  • Some offers and promotions may not be available to all customers. Exclusions may include non-subscribers or geographical location.
  • All offers and promotions will only be available within a stated time frame.
  • ONLY products showing a promo-specific badge will be included.
  • Products not showing an offer/promotion badge will not qualify for an offer.
  • Gift cards are not included.
  • Please ensure that the offer has been applied BEFORE completing a purchase as it cannot be applied after the order has gone through.
  • No offer can be redeemed retrospectively.
  • Other discount codes can NOT be used in conjunction with offers and promotions unless specifically stated otherwise. Promotions are subject to change without notice. 

Returns and Refunds

2 for 1 offers

Below the pro-rata refunds for qualifying 2 for 1 offers during the promotional periods are explained:

    • To receive a full refund, please return both items together.

    • If you return only the free item, you will not receive a refund.

    • If you return only the paid item, we'll refund you the amount you paid for it, but with the regular price of the free item deducted.

    3 for 2 offers

    Below the pro-rata refunds for qualifying 3 for 2 offers during the promotional periods are explained:

      • To receive a full refund, please return all items together.

      • If you return only the free item, you will not receive a refund.

      • If you return one of the other items, you will be refunded the amount for that product, minus the value of the free product at the time you purchased it.
        Example to illustrate:
        Item 1 £150
        Item 2 £150
        Item 3 FREE (Regular price £100)
        -------------
        Total Regular price £400
        Total paid £300
        If you return free item - no refund given
        If you return Item 1 or 2 - £50 refund given.

      Exchanges

      Exchange of alternative sizes only are welcome for UK customers. Please request exchanges via email ASAP to help@revivalvintage.co.uk.
