Vintage 1960s Indigo and White Stripe Dress Suit
A fabulous 1960s dress suit composed of shift dress and matching jacket. The dress has a flattering square neckline trimmed with grosgrain ribbon to create a nautical theme, mirrored at the hem of the dress. It is well constructed with bust darts, neat waist seams and a back zip to create a flattering silhouette. The fabric is a polyester-style ribbed jersey so does stretch slightly and is in a striking stripe pattern with diamond motifs.
The jacket is fastened with two matching buttons with wide, exaggerated wing lapels trimmed in matching grosgrain. A really lovely suit set.
The label states UK 14 but with modern sizing we recommend a UK size 12 to 14. Synthetic fabric. Mary Williams label, Made in England.
