True Vintage 1940s Truffle Brown Wool Suit

A wonderful true vintage truffle brown wool skirt suit.  Made by "Harella", the jacket has jetted darts, a shaped waist, and button front. 

There are two small pockets, a feminine rounded lapel and a four-button front.  The jacket is fully lined - there have been some minor repairs to the lining under one armpit; and there is some slight age-related discolouration to each armpit, both exterior and interior.

The skirt has a feature pleat detail at the front & A-line design, to flow beautifully as you walk.  There is a pinprick hole to the front right side of the skirt.

A fantastic ensemble to accessorise with vintage bag and gloves.
