When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
We aim to dispatch same-day for orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri). This may vary slightly during peak periods or holidays.
Pre-order items: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll ship everything together once your full order is ready. Need items sooner? Please order pre-order pieces separately.

We’ll be in touch by phone or email if an item becomes unavailable or an issue arises. You’ll always be offered a refund or alternative.

Returns from the UK
Changed your mind? No worries — UK customers have 28 days from receipt to return items.
Steps to return:
1. Returns form included in your parcel (or download one here). No printer? Just pop the same info on a piece of paper.
2. Repack your item(s) with care.

We recommend using recorded or special delivery. Return postage is at your own cost. We can’t be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned within 28 days (UK) or 45 days (international).
- Items should be unworn, clean, and in re-sellable condition with original packaging.
- Hosiery and underwear are non-returnable.
- Returns received late or not meeting these conditions may be refused — or offered a gift voucher instead.
Festive returns: Orders placed between 15 Nov – 24 Dec can be returned until 31 Jan.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 working days of receipt. Bank processing times may delay when the funds appear in your account.
Please note:
- Only standard UK shipping costs are refundable.
- Express or next-day shipping costs are not refunded.
Exchanges (UK only)
Need a different size?
Return your item and note the size you’d like on the returns form. We’ll send out the replacement free of charge, once your return is received.
If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll be in touch with an alternative or refund option.
Returns from Overseas
You have 45 days from delivery to return items. Please follow the same steps as UK returns and be sure to mark your customs form as “returned goods” to avoid extra charges. More details can be found on our Buying from Overseas page.
Exchanges are not available on international orders — please reorder the new size/item instead.
Cancellations
If your order hasn’t yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible to cancel for a full refund.
If the order has already been dispatched, we’ll try to divert it back to us — but if that’s not possible, simply return the item once received.
Note: any return courier charges will be deducted from your refund.
Returns on Large or Bulky Orders
If you return more than 50% of a large order, we may deduct a proportion of the original shipping cost from your refund — especially where outgoing postage was significantly above average.

Product Overview
This crew neck jumper is made of soft Shetland wool. Hand-produced in Scotland using quality, natural yarns spun that keep you truly warm, by ERIBÉ, an established knitwear design house and manufacturer that has been in operation for 33 years.
ERIBÉ work with over 136 artisan knitters throughout Scotland and England to produce the beautiful hand-knit range of Fairisle pieces, which we stock at Revival Vintage for their fabulous wartime aesthetic that makes them so perfect for a retro enthusiast.
This colourway is a rich mix of tonal greens, with colourful flecks of blue, orange and red. Made using knowledge handed down from one generation to the next to create a sustainable product which looks and feels great while lasting for years to come.

Our Revival Replicas are faithfully recreated vintage styles, made new using quality fabrics and original design details. While they’re not true vintage, they are carefully constructed to echo the look, feel, and charm of the originals.
How do your sizes compare to modern sizing?
Our sizing is based on modern UK measurements, but styles may vary slightly depending on cut and era. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, sizing up is often a good choice.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. For EU customers, orders under €150 include taxes upfront to avoid extra fees.

How should I care for my Revival item?
