Navy blue sixties velvet feel hat with gathering and cute bow decor. Black netting.

The velvet touch fabric is in excellent condition. The only damage is some light damage to the netting (a couple of small holes or loose ends), but this is not visible unless you look closely.

Approx 22" internal circumference.
