French Blue 1940s Sheer Vintage Lace Dress
This gorgeous original forties dress is made of swathes of sheer blue net lace with a floral design. It has a romantic gathered bust and V-neck cut, as well as short turn-up sleeves and a long, elegant and voluminous skirt.
Long waist ties are attached at the back of the dress and held in place with the two belt loops at the side. These can be wrapped fully around the body to tie at the back.
The semi-sheer fabric will require a slip underneath. It could be combined with lots of different colours depending on the rest of your outfit and how much you'd like to make the floral pattern pop!
A truly incredible 40s piece perfect for formal occasions or vintage revival events.
