This forties black dress would be ideal for everyday or occasion wear with a few simple styling changes!

No tag to indicate fabric content but the dress feels like textured silk.

A flattering reverse-V shape at the waist and a cute square collar with lace trim decorate the dress.

Fastened at the side with press studs.

Available at a reduced Make Do & Mend price because of several small holes, the worst of which are on the right sleeve - which would be easily closed - and one in the centre of the bodice that could be repaired, or would be well disguised by the addition of some buttons.
