A truly stunning original 1940s occasion dress with head-turning statement cape sleeves. Decorated with applique, these statement sleeves fall in a fluttery shape over longer, half-length fitted sleeves to beautiful effect.

The skirt is also decorated with two additional swathes of fabric, to emphasise the hips. Matching fabric belt with a covered buckle.

With a high round neck and lightly padded shoulders. Fastened at the back with buttons and at the side with a metal zip.

Sure to be a statement piece for special occasions, vintage festivals, or nostalgia events.

In great condition aside from a small patch of discolouration near the neckline on the front of the dress, and a very tiny wear to the fabric in the same area. These are hard to spot when worn.
