This garment isn't original 40s but we think it definitely has the right swing style to complement a forties look.

Hook fastenings hold the coat and collar closed, or it can be worn open.

Concealed vertical pockets.

Since photographing this coat, we've found a matching button in the coat pocket that can be reattached if you so desire.
